15 years of program and customer success leadership experience have afforded me the opportunity to tackle a variety of challenges: from working with clients launching weather technology solutions across the US to implementing AI and machine learning-powered solutions for industrial industries to my most recent adventure helping open opportunities for global hourly workers via Fountain’s frontline worker platform. My eclectic mix of professional experience makes me feel at home on nearly any team. In fact, I’m at my best when I’m working with a diverse team, ranging from engineers, sales people, creatives to c-suite executives. I’m equally comfortable diving into technical details (ask me about my days in the weather business to tap into my inner nerd) as I am thinking big picture strategy. Communication, organization, and an ability to get things done rank among my strengths. My passion lies in helping individuals and teams succeed. I believe that everyone should be empowered to pursue their goals – and that the right combination of technology, people, and prioritization can do just that. Personally speaking:I’m naturally curious. Whether in an academic setting, traveling the world, reading, doing yoga, or exploring via my taste buds, I love learning. I’m also passionate about empowering women in technology, especially those of us navigating parenthood!
