As an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in business development, marketing, training, and compliance, I currently serve as the Director of Administration at the Neurodiagnostic Technology Institute (NTI). NTI is a distance-learning provider offering a certificate program in neurodiagnostic technology, a niche, high-demand medical diagnostic field. As a Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.), I have a deep understanding of the industry standards and best practices, as well as the needs and challenges of the students and employers.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of program implementation, from preparation and development to recruitment and retention. I also negotiate contracts with clinical sites, assist graduates with employment opportunities, and monitor financial performance. I am proud to have conceptualized a program that is accredited by ACCET and recognized by ABRET as a pathway for graduates to become eligible to take the EEG Registry Exam, and licensure in many states. My mission is to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this rewarding and growing field.
