On a day-to-day basis, I provide an oversight of Amazon Stock, Amazon Canada, and EDI accounts. In this role, I am responsible for performing data entry to enter Amazon Drop Ship orders until 2pm cut-off time, key/code orders, complete invoices for orders, and send/respond emails to/from Amazon. I oversee the acceptance of orders within the Amazon Drop Ship Vendor Central, send invoice of orders in Navision and Vendor Central, and file pick tickets and invoices. I assure all warehouse team members understand that the tickets are for the Amazon Drop Ship and inform them on proper shipment procedures. In addition, I provide tracking information through the EDI System, ASN all Amazon Drop Ship orders by the end of the day, release and evaluate EDI orders, route Amazon stock orders, and ASN each shipped order.

I utilized purchase orders and receiving documents to assure proper warehouse supply accountability. I was able to successfully develop and process inventory adjustments, accurately produce shipment tracking analysis, and efficiently prepare inventory spreadsheets for sales review purposes.

In this role, I conducted inventory control procedures to maintain knowledge of available supplies. In addition to reporting any inventory and logistic information to Internal Associates and Management team members.

I resolved discrepancies effectively by thoroughly researching shipments and tracking data. With high efficiency, I filed claims for damaged materials to receive credit on next purchase of materials and printed barcodes for receiving packages. In a professional manner, I communicated with vendors to discuss acquisitions, while conveying information to the Sales Associates of inventory quantities. Additionally, I accurately produced spreadsheets to track and manage logistics logs, DSL’s for CenturyLink, and maintained the filing system.

In this role, I was responsible for conducting inventory control procedures and analyzing merchandise supplies for order fulfillment purposes, while comparing order completion rates to product forecast. I received and entered customer’s orders into database by performing data entry, provided the sales teams with inventory updates, and managed the shipping, expediting, and tracking of customer orders.

I effectively contacted customers to obtain payment for rendered medical services, retrieved payment confirmations, and accurately recorded accounts into database. I negotiated payments to bring accounts to current by informing customers on payment options.

I professionally communicated with customers to respond to inquiries in relation to services and delivery. Additionally, I maintained information of workloads, customer requests, work and rendered services, charges, expenses, and inventory, while reflecting product movements to make necessary adjustments within inventory records.
