As a member of the creative team within TDAgency (Tech Data’s Marketing Agency), was responsible for all funded projects that required creative team hours. Liaison between 16-member creative team and multiple business units—directly responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and problem solving to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders and the fulfillment of contracts. Held responsible for ensuring copy, web and design teams were informed of project scope, resolving issues, keeping projects on (or under) cost and on deadline. Projects included integrated marketing campaigns, e-mail and direct mail campaigns, print collateral, advertisements for external print and digital media outlets, environmental signage and print presence at industry and internal events. Built relationships with current print vendors, as well as sought new vendors, solicited bids and awarded business.

Responsible for print buys in 55 markets, which supported more than 75 store locations in the Southeast. Supervised traffic and production department, which were responsible for ensuring all advertisements, pre-printed newspaper inserts and co-op advertising were approved and sent to each publication on time and to correct specifications. Coordinated and contracted models, stylists, permits, food service, transportation, locations and/or studios for local and national photo shoots.
