Remotely providing temporary support to the Human Resources team at Motif and Frolik Kitchen+Cocktails.

Remotely assisting the human resources team with various projects as needed. This includes work within the scope of my previous position as Assistant Human Resources Manager.

Oversaw and administered full cycle recruiting for all hourly associates. This included researching and utilizing best methods for advertisement of open positions, selection and participation in local hiring events, utilization of multiple applicant tracking systems, performing background and employment checks, and navigating on-boarding systems to communicate with candidates.Administered benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) including but not limited to: notifying associates of eligibility, property point of contact for all benefit inquiries, reconciliation of monthly property premium report, maintenance of benefit files, maintaining supply of benefit information and new enrollment packets. Managed all leave of absence requests with employees (FMLA, WA PSST, personal, etc). Assisted with maintenance of Worker’s Compensation accidents and claims, employee relations events, payroll tasks, and general office responsibilities.

Effectively managed payroll, benefits, recruitment and hiring, and employee relations, with the ultimate goal of enabling associates to be successful in creating a memorable experience for our guests.
