Consulting, including• Design of the traditional, on-premises and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product architecture for enterprise applications• Definition and design of the automatic processes provided by the R&D to support Marketing and Sales activities of the SaaS business model.• Definition and creation of the highly dynamic and flexible cross company development processes based on the elements of Agile Driven development.• System analyses and implementation of product methodologies

•Overall management of the Product Development team, including R&D, Product and QA departments•Define and design of the product concept and behavior•A member of the Applango executive team, taking part in definition and execution of the Company vision and strategy
