My favorite experience is to help design group events such as corporate events, weddings, reunions, bachelorette parties, etc. There is something about helping a client design a vacation experience to share with their family and friends that is unexplainable. I look forward to working with you to create your next dream vacation!As the former national Director for Tenet Resource Pool, Tanya Flores-Patel, MBA led Tenet Health's goal of establishing and optimizing market float pools in each of Tenet's markets. She is responsible for developing the enterprise wide standard operating procedure, optimization of technology, and identifying best practices. As a former Director, Tanya Flores-Patel, MBA led HealthTrust's largest external Managed Service Provider programs. She worked with leading healthcare systems across the country to develop and implement customized strategies to complement their strategic goals. She managed a cross functional team located across the United States comprised of onsite, remote, and centrally located professionals. A passionate community leader, she recently served as a mentor in MD Anderson’s state recognized HUB Mentor Protégé Program, which is supported by MD Anderson’s HUB and Federal Small Business Program, MD Anderson’s Sourcing and Contract, UT Supply Chain, and The Houston Minority Supplier Development Council. Ms. Flores-Patel served for over seven years on the board of directors for the Houston Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and is only the second female President for the NSHMBA chapter in their 30 plus year history. She is also a graduate of the United Way’s Project Blueprint program which serves to prepare graduates to lead nonprofit and community boards and other civic ventures in our community. In 2005, Ms. Flores-Patel received her Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University. She acquired her Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2006.
