Initiated the newly-developed position of Disaster Recovery Planner in an expanded Business Continuity Unit. While focusing on Technology Recovery for the company as a whole I have been able to document the existing Data center configuration for the first time, allowing for a master service agreement with our vendors. Responsible for initiating communication plans for 140 \resorts and assisting in the implementation of an Emergency Reporting Service. Completed the off-site recovery plan for our main data center including mapping all server configurations, dependencies and processes. Also responsible for running annual Disaster Recovery exercises for all Tier 1 applications and documenting results as well as updating all existing documentation.
