Skills include staff management and cultivating team culture, strategising and executing sales plans and managing purchases and supply chain. Constant analysis and reporting on trends in customer interaction to evaluate processes and capitalise on enhancement opportunities is my passion. Instrumental in maintaining high customer retention by forging a customer focused experience and nurturing vendor relationships, as well as mentoring staff in this space to ensure the whole team succeeds and feels apart of the company’s success.

Managed front and back of house operations, including all accounting and finance functions, customer service, inventory, compliance and staff development in a high-volume café and bar.

The role consisted of managing a team of accounting professionals overlooking the accounting operations of the business, from managing accounts receivables and payables to determining and executing budgets and business wide KPI targets. Managed ledger ($2M monthly), reconciliation, reduced existing aged debt, managed team to achieve collection target, negotiated better payment schedules for turnkey projects and worked closely with external auditors in due diligence process.
