Started at the Tustin (original) location. In charge of two restaurants, two kitchens, bakery, catering, banquets and everything else under that one roof. Have worked at the Newport Coast location and am currently working managing the Irvine location.

· Involved with promoting YOY Sales, P&L focus, and running great SPLH numbers. · Overseen all departments, bar, server, training, host, back waiter and take out at Irvine, Newport Beach and Mission Viejo locations. · Hire and train new staff members. · Oversee staff education and guest familiarity with new menu roll outs. · Oversee liquor stock, ordering and restock, and all invoicing. · Develop and implement new beer, cocktail, and wine lists. · Oversee new service module implementation at Newport Beach location. · Create and organize in-store process for seminars, training schedules, side work, floor plans, trainer certification, training materials, etc. · Daily striving for the highest standards in service, sales productivity, Guest relations, employee moral, and store appearance and cleanliness.

· Worked to develop staff and management by conducting seminars for shift leaders, service bar, service captains, and Service that Sells. · In charge of scheduling server staff, and trainers. · Hired for, and supervised, all training programs. · Promote staff and guest familiarity with new menu roll outs.
