I led the creative vision for Shopify Testimonials by producing advertisements which have reduced the CPL by 82% and CPP by 69%. I produced the most popular Shopify testimonial video to date, with over 32 million viewsI built a merchant casting process with Merchant Relations to provide our team with a diverse database of merchants that would work well with our marketing initiatives. Produced international videos in 8 different languages, while leading a team of editors and motion graphic designers. I provided employees with Anti-Bias, Empathy, and Allyship Training as a Belonging Connector.

Developed an efficient casting process for projects and initiatives across Shopify, allowing stakeholders company wide to have easier access to great global stories. Produced one of Shopify's top performing videos "Final Straw", which was featured on NBC. Organized and ran brainstorm meetings and development sessions. Researched the entrepreneurial landscape to inform new projects Supported executives in all department-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and special team initiatives.

Coordinated multiple international film productions (Fiji, Cyprus, Sri Lanka, USA, Mexico) with many moving pieces, while securing production discounts to remain under budget. Provided contacts to valuable vendors and contractors, who created some of our strongest projects. Went beyond my role to mentor our team intern, organize workshops, recruiting events, team socials and being a mentor for Disabilities Mentoring Day at Shopify.

Provided exemplary training to Canadian youth ages 12-18 about leadership, teamwork, seamanship, and citizenship. I led a dynamic group of young officers and volunteers to participate in the training of our youth and future leaders of our country.I have been promoted to the rank of Sub Lieutenant for completing training and demonstrating skills in personnel management, resource management, teaching, event planning, and conflict resolution.I have had the rare honour of receiving the Top Officer Award twice, in 2016 and 2020, at my unit.

Developed an engaging programming strategy that contributed to a sold out festival. Went beyond my role to secure the CN Tower for the festival venue, allowing the festival to have its most enhanced venue to date. In addition, hosted panels, secured speakers, and delegated a small team of volunteers to ensure the festival runs smoothly.

Coordinated a multi-country production with a 7-figure budget for the feature documentary BLACK CODE (TIFF 2016). Went beyond my role to provide consultation for the story to ensure it presented sensitive topics respectfully.

One of 6 Canadian filmmakers selected to participate in the CMPA Screen-Production Program via Blue Ice Pictures. Worked with the production team to produce development content, including treatments, creative documents, decks, and sizzles.I finished the program a month early by being recruited to coordinate my first feature film.
