I began my journey at ANDRITZ in 2011 as an IT Project Assistant, I managed the North America wireless contract and other IT projects. With the launch of a new Intranet in SharePoint in 2015, my role expanded to content management tasks, including creating and supporting SharePoint sites for various locations and deployment of the TimeControl application which included writing documentation and training end users. In 2019, as ANDRITZ moved towards the Microsoft 365 platform, I assumed the added role of Modern Workplace Champion, hosted introduction sessions for new hires and facilitated the integration of innovative technologies. In 2020, I transitioned to the role of Service Owner for the Global IT Knowledge Base, collaborated with key stakeholders to create new guidelines and processes, and reorganized our Confluence space for improved accessibility and navigation. Currently, as an ECM Specialist, I serve as a crucial link between the business and Global IT, proposing process improvements, assisting with application migration and rollouts, creating end-user documentation and eLearning videos, and hosting live training sessions for M365 applications. Approximately nineteen months after start-up, the role was disbanded, and I transitioned into another linear position. In the GIT KB Role, I was responsible for managing the following tasks. • Collaborated with the Global Service Manager and other key stakeholders to establish new guidelines and processes, enhancing our operational efficiency.
