Once The Rise Group was acquired, my responsibilities included:- RFP Coordination; assisted in hiring & coordinating 40 temporary staff members for the Chicago Public Schools 2013 Improvement Program; a 12 million dollar, 3 month renovation program covering 120+facilities throughout the city that required facilitation among 60+ Arcadis and PBC Staff;- Liaison for the City of Chicago; Drafting coordination letters, reports and communicating project status to Mayor’s Office and Sister Agencies;- Coordinate program and project related tasks and communication for Design, and Construction Groups of the Public Building Commission, following client procedures;- Responsible for maintaining and organizing the client’s Errors and Omissions for all active andsubstantially complete projects. Coordinate and facilitate the Lessons Learned packages with theDirector of Design to be implemented into future prototype projects for the Program;- Created and managed emergency construction reports for the City of Chicago for active projects under construction;- Provided program-wide quality assurance reporting for active construction projects.

Residential Design Lab was a residential project management firm that offered in house custom millwork though Lavender Millwork in the Chicagoland area. Responsibilities included:- Managing showroom design and new clientele;- Researched products, services, and fabricators, and sent out RFP’s;- Visited jobs sites for field measure and converted into AutoCad Drawings for initialprogramming;- Performed selection & specification of millwork, cabinetry, fixtures & finishes;- Initiated programming/budget for kitchen and bathroom millwork;- Managed all office tasks, event planning, and client interaction.
