Answered inbound phone calls, assisted clients via telephone with technical issues, resolved issues or set up repair orders, noted accounts on what steps were taken on call. Responsibilities also included maintaining keyboarding skills and computer program skills as well as administrative duties, training new staff, and placing office supply orders.

Managed staff (scheduling, workflow, training, hiring, staffing, etc.), led marketing and business promotion efforts, handled customer accounts and some accounting work, office supply orders, and oversaw maintenance of building.

Answering inbound calls, assisting customers with internet, email and website issues, taking detailed notes on call resolutions and actions as well as reporting work done on daily basis. Assisted with supervisor roles and in training of new staff.

Responsibilities included: Mail processing, coding and input of invoices, job cost statements, payable listings, filing, dealing with vendor calls, distributing and processing purchase orders, and some administrative work.

Responsibilities as office manager and accounting clerk included: Accounts payable/receivable, payroll, payroll remittance, GST and PST remittance, month and year end reports, bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and meeting with clients.
