With over 20 years of experience in the ski industry, Tanya is a passionate and versatile professional who leads talent acquisition for Mountain Sales & Schools at Aspen Snowmass. She oversees the recruitment, training, and retention of hundreds of employees who deliver exceptional guest service and snow sports instruction across four mountains. She is also an active examiner for the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), sharing her expertise and passion for skiing with aspiring and experienced instructors.Before joining Aspen Snowmass, Tanya worked in evolving roles in emergency services and disaster response. She developed and implemented response and recovery plans, managed operations, and built strategic capacity for the American Red Cross.
