Keen to utilize my ability to deal with people’s issues and mindsets while maintaining confidentiality, I certified in 2017 as a "Personne de Confiance en Entreprise" (PCE – Trusted Person) and am a member of the “Association Suisse des Personnes de Confiance en Entreprise" (ASPCE®). I currently work in this capacity for Geneva-based organizations, yet would welcome new opportunities to assist organizations in their journey towards resolution of work issues.  A PCE provides support to organizations keen to tackle stress, burn-out, sexual or psychological harassment, or conflict at the workplace. He/she equally assist the leadership in the prevention of psycho-social risks within their organization.The PCE represents a neutral, confidential person who can be contacted to orient sufferers towards either mediation or another appropriate resource.  Active listening, building trust, maintaining confidentiality, interacting and working with individuals across cultures, geographic areas and levels is something I have been doing consistently during my 20 + years of professional life. In addition to my naturally compassionate and value-driven nature, I have always focused on using my outgoing personality to build bridges between people, create trust and find solutions to complex interpersonal problems.Early in my career, I developed marketing and communication skills in three different pharmaceutical companies. I then transitioned to work for the World Economic Forum (Forum). Initially, I focused on ensuring C-level executives from the Healthcare Community were gaining maximum value from their involvement with the Forum by forging with them trustworthy relationships and by being very attentive to and responsive of their needs. I used a leadership style based on my interpersonal effectiveness and ability to listen carefully. Finally, I transitioned to the consulting world and opened the Geneva-based office of Rabin Martin where I perfected my mentoring competencies.
