My primary responsibility is understanding and communicating real needs. I facilitate brainstorming sessions that help identify a business' core differentiator and am responsible for breaking and building ideas from scratch, provoking new ways of thinking, finding win-win collaboration opportunities, understanding unspoken needs, and discovering new or underutilized market niches. My role also consists of content design, copyediting and brand communication.

My goal was to design great experiences in subtle everyday interactions, thriving on being a hub of information for the Phoenix creative community, encouraging partnerships and providing feedback on ideas.
