I have overseen a number of initiatives to enhance customer centricity including industry-leading digital transformation in the energy sector.As a key influencer and relationship builder in the journey to diversity, equity and inclusion, I was a proud member of the Enbridge Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee that championed ground-breaking initiatives in achieving opportunities for women and underrepresented groups.
