As a facilitative leader, I help drive change through employee engagement and team collaboration across the organization. I have experience in public sector, publicly traded and privately held organizations and leading in both unionized and non-unionized workforces. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team of gas utilities including Canada’s largest natural gas utility, I have led legal and customer care teams including the strategy, operations and post-merger integration of customer interface functions including the customer information systems. I have overseen a number of initiatives to enhance customer centricity including industry-leading digital transformation in the energy sector.As a key influencer and relationship builder in the journey to diversity, equity and inclusion, I was a proud member of the Enbridge Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee that championed ground-breaking initiatives in achieving opportunities for women and underrepresented groups. As a longstanding sponsor of the employee resource group for LGBTQ employees, I am also proud of Enbridge's recognition as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ employees by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.I was honoured to be a recipient of the WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100TM Award in the Executive Leaders category, 2021.
