I am taking care of SEO as well as content writing.

I was closely grouped with the SEO Team as well as the MD of the company in order to handle variety of content requirements. The core responsibilities were to meet weekly deadlines for keyword optimized content - website content, articles, blogs, press-releases and power point presentations; and daily social media posts for clients' websites. Besides SEO content writing, bidding proposals, marketing collateral and corporate communications were other responsibilities that I delivered to my best.I headed Training & Development Deptt alone and looked after the soft skill training needs of employees. In the short period of less than a year, I analyzed the training needs of each employee through one to one interaction and designed, developed and implemented "Training & development Product" comprising 12 effective sessions for the company. Apart from my regular work, I organized weekly talk program for employees to boost their confidence level & improve their public speaking skills. Overall, the tenure served in DOT Technologies was great.
