I train the Adobe products online through video conferencing. Mostly to Americans, but also to people all around the world. Mainly one-on-one training or one-on-two, all the better to download knowledge from one brain to another. It's really efficient, and great for students to have me all to themselves.

I have given a few workshops and my students were enthusiastic about my methods (less formal; directed to their own work and not an entire class; comprehensive and short periods of time required from their side).
