Conducting of kick off meetings to lay out project specific goals related to design, drawing development and QA, RFI control, team coordination, and scheduling and management of the change order process. Planning of cash flow requirements and secure an approved schedule of values. Preparing of monthly schedule of values projecting completed work and assisting to ensure timely payment. Management of bank accounts, vendor and consultant payments, preparation of payroll, taxes, and any other office management related activity.
