Some of the tasks and activities I carried out through my years in this company were:  Composing of correspondence related to client accounts, preparing of agendas, meeting minutes, outlines and questionnaires. Developing of periodical project payment applications and monitoring of subcontractor payment applications and releases. Communicating and coordinating with clients, consultants, and staff regarding job scheduling and project details. Gathering, compiling, reporting, and sharing of project information. Participating in meetings with clients, consultants, government agencies, and other parties. Planning, coordinating and conducting presentations, meetings, hearings and various events with clients and government agencies. Producing, designing, editing and printing of various booklets and marketing videos (3D rendering) for real estate purposes related to projects planned and designed by our company. Project schedule conception and monitoring (human, material and economic resources), using software like Project, BaseCamp, Harvest. Reading, reviewing, and interpreting of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and process drawings. Responding to all change orders, reports and requests for information. Writing and editing of various documents including bid proposals, guidelines, urban planning documents (master plans, feasibility studies), and company resume, among others. Conducting of kick off meetings to lay out project specific goals related to design, drawing development and QA, RFI control, team coordination, and scheduling and management of the change order process. Planning of cash flow requirements and secure an approved schedule of values. Preparing of monthly schedule of values projecting completed work and assisting to ensure timely payment. Management of bank accounts, vendor and consultant payments, preparation of payroll, taxes, and any other office management related activity.
