Meghalayan Age, the store: A unique blend of culture, tradition, and style.To encourage the continuation of Art, Culture, and Lifestyle of the people of the hills while dedicated to combating the challenges of small artisans and emerging entrepreneurs, the Government of Meghalaya devised a concept of the Meghalayan Age, The Store.

At Ridge7 I am building a global stage for lost art and local artisans from the remote corners of India, establishing a connect with the youth, young designers, businesses and social enterprises. We are participating in the slow fashion movement and reminding the next generation that their heritage should be respected, counted and acknowledged.

At "Maatie" we are starting something which is not merging with fast fashion, but is a stand alone representation of what slow fashion and sustainability should look like. It would be as sustainable as we can make it. Before industrialisation, the time when fast fashion was introduced, India was the biggest exporter of cotton and natural art forms. We aspire to go back in time, while going forward and representing to the world, a sustainable example on how should clothes be, while presenting our culture in a contemporary way.

Tinway, is an edu-tech startup based out of New Delhi. Tinway is committed to bring a change in education system and we strive to impart quality and meaningful education to every child. We design innovative solutions to make a child's learning process fun, interactive and personalised.

BERFOLK is a Winter-Wear and Accessory brand with physical and online stores across Australia, New Zealand and India. It offers a young and seasonal collection for men and women balancing between design, craftsmanship and quality. Here I began by designing and implementing operations and administration processes for the menswear section and then successfully set up the women’s-wear section by the end of the year. Eventually I was heading Sales Operations for women’s-wear section. Alongside this I conducted research and identified opportunities for potential investor/ funding / small business loan opportunities |

NIMAI curates works of independent jewelry designers from the Indian subcontinent who endorse the Slow Fashion movement. My startup journey and passion for skills began from NIMAI, where I learnt put on different hats and managed to set up operations and communication processes for the brand’s first physical store in New Delhi, bring in 30 designers under the umbrella in a span a year and place our products on few the top 10 fashion magazines like Elle, Cosmo and Vogue.
