Innovation Strategist
CurrentThe primary focus is on driving rapid development & implementation to streamline the path to revenue. This come by creating a system of management and championing solutions through ongoing evaluation, refinement & optimization; continuous research & learning; and offering intentional recommendations based on data, ever-evolving trends, technology, and practices. Highlighted Responsibilities:· Forming and leading the cross-functional teams to leverage expertise in order to understand business impact, deliver integrated end to end experiences across all channels, monitor for consistency and maximize business benefit· Working with leadership to create an overall vision, strategy roadmaps, project timelines, project budgets and such to align with department goals, objectives and deliverables· Organizing concept elaboration, design, build and launch of new solutions or initiatives and actively prioritize workload to demands of business· Facilitating idea generation and submission campaigns for the Innovation pipeline, identifying new technologies and approaches, generating intellectual capital, and performing business development activities
