Over 14 years' experience working for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. During my various roles within the Department, I have demonstrated resourcefulness and effectiveness in diverse settings, including negotiating project mitigation, coordinating restoration and research activities for Anadromous fish, insuring reduced impacts to biological resources, and corrective actions after environmental damage. I thrive in challenging and collaborative environments and have a passion for the conservation of natural resources. I believe that using the best scientific data and methods available to guide, understand, and adaptively manage collaborative efforts in the long-term is the best method to protect and restore ecosystems.
