• Focusing on internal start-up business investment in a new industry from idea stage to business plan development and successfully obtained management approval• Focusing on analyzing investment and expansion plan for existing business units, including M&A opportunities on 4 different projects via private placement and bidding processKey Responsibilities: • Developing business model for the internal start-up business through industry landscape research, market assessment and competitive analyses• Developing internal and external communication materials at every steps of the start-up project including, internal business plan, market research, business valuation, Government license application, internal and external financial projection• Sourcing and managing different components of start-up business including developers, programmers, consultants, risk and legal department and government entity• Strategic screening for potential M&A targets• Assessing synergy and business alignment for M&A opportunities with the existing business units: manufacturing and healthcare sector• Critical analyses of M&A projects using financial and industry bench-marking

• Reporting directly to Joint Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development• Focusing on strategy and business development of Indorama Ventures, including strategic planning, M&A, business development, investor relations, capital markets and corporate branding• Responsible for new initiatives in strategy and procurement businessKey responsibilities: • Marketing materials and communicated to stakeholders corporate development projects • Deep analysis and developed strategic planning in the new market segment within existing industry• Marketing of the company and its strategy to all the key stakeholders including investors, rating agencies and creditors • Critical analyses of M&A opportunities including market and target assessment, synergy analysis and valuation, focusing on opportunities in the new markets, new geographies and new industries• Chemical industry and adjacent businesses analyses across North America, Europe and Asia to attain full understanding of Indorama business as a whole • Marketing, branding and investor materials for Capital Markets Day 2014 and Indorama 25th year Anniversary
