With deep passion for both the art and science of marketing, I have had the pleasure of holding diverse marketing and communications roles over 20 years, 15 of those dedicated to B2B SaaS.I’ve been lucky (and also a little crazy) enough to have worked in eight different countries on four different continents, and for a range of mission-driven companies in B2B and B2C sectors, spanning enterprise and scale-up ecosystems. I managed a highly effective team of three full-time employees and two freelancers, along with partnerships with a PR and creative digital agency, strategically administering a $2.5M annual budget to maximize impact and drive measurable growth.My team and I crafted a distinctive, cohesive brand narrative supported by a unified visual language and aligned brand foundations. We developed an integrated, omnichannel content strategy, using storytelling to drive engagement and establish Botify as a thought leader. To increase brand visibility, we executed targeted thought leadership initiatives, including CEO media engagements, podcasts, bylines, and high-impact customer success stories, reinforcing brand leadership and supporting sales growth. I collaborated closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including co-founders, to ensure a cohesive, organization-wide strategy.Our efforts resulted in a dominant share of voice, sustained quarter-over-quarter, along with amplified demand generation that drove a ~74% increase in branded Google searches and a ~40% boost in social impressions. Lead quality and quantity improved significantly, reducing the sales cycle from six to two months and significantly decreasing customer acquisition costs. Over 18 months, ARR increased by 40%, placing the brand on track for profitability within 18 months.
