Generate independent funding – to support local cultural projects, ensuring the sustainability and growth of community initiatives. The opshops operate as social enterprises underpinned by circular economy principles, diverting excess clothing and goods from landfill and tackling resource constraints in remote communities. With over 25 remote community partners and a growing network of 40,000 supporters, the Remote OpShop Project is proud to be launching its first Reuse Hub in Darwin in 2024. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to sustainable, community-driven innovation that fosters self-determination. Show less
