CurrentCurrently serving in Pak Elektron Ltd., an electronic & digital home appliance company based in Lahore as a full time employee with special emphasis on components development from vendors through different manufacturing processes like injection molding, sheet metal press work, extrusion process, die casting. Costing & price finalization of components & arrangement of trial lots. Besides, looking after vendor’s quality, deciding parameters to maintain & improve system related to purchase. Following are major tasks & responsibilities;· New Development of vendors to achieve such targets as single source monopoly breakage, business distribution etc.· Home Appliances component drawing study in order to develop it· Preparation of Comparative Statement, consequent price negotiation with vendors including credit terms and arrangement of trial lots after Purchase Order generation in liaison with the Purchase Department· Sourcing of vendors for cost reduction purpose in order to control overall product cost· Frequent vendor visits to ensure compliance to the provided standards· To minimize & control rejection of vendors material & provide solutions to avoid such failure· Performing quality improvements & productivity task to better advantage the organization· Keep price track of raw materials
