Coach and manage Bentley dealers in East region on sales target set, policy and strategy set, sales process, marketing event, team management, aftersales activities, etc.

Be in charge of sales management of SEAT brand in China. Set and manage sales process. Coach area managers to monitor sales achievement of all dealers. Monitor the execution of dealer marketing activities. Ensure the achievement of sales target. Give support to dealers, etc.

Be responsible for the preparation work of the new Volvo 4S store in Beijing and future manangement. Preparation work includes store building monitoring, supplier check and approval, recruitment and training, procedure preparation for all departments, OEM people communication and project introduction, etc.
