a. Service our clients: update the sample requirement list for our product timely, provide professional technical support for our client about product quallity;b. Support the suppliers: Check the supplier's Certificate and reports for sample exported, edit the special quallity requirement list for each sample, keep record of the product process about quallity,updated the special certificate and reports if needed;c. Contact with the lab: enquiry the testing cost for our products, manage the product testing when needed;d. Update our company's system for the product quallity:check with the special web, update the info. for each product.

a.Check with the client's application form, edit the testing list for our sample for special standards & limit. Select the special simpling method and digestion method,testing equipment,report model etc based on the material of the sample components.b. Edit the special plan to solve the problem between testing, eg, Edit the fail & the pre-fail componets of the sample, edit the exemption declaration, solve split testing for mix testing when the data is fail or pre-fail etc.c. Introduce laboratory testing process, when our client visit the lab;d. Organize some training activities on a regular basis, update the test standard and working process.
