Provide industrial, healthcare, communication design and value engineering service, work as senior program manager role:1) Develop technical proposal to diversity customers for product development and test development;2) Manage product development through concept, solution to engineering samples build, until mass production;3) Ensure the product development is within projected cycle time and budget;4) Develop test strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality standards;5) Manage product life cycle through providing value added service to customersExperienced devevlopment projects like industry IoT (3G/4G) hardware gateway, 100G/200G communication electrical loopback, Design migration, healthcare device PCBA testing, subassembly testing for In Vitro Diagnostic PCR system

Test operation, NPI transfer:1) Test time reduction, NDF reduction without compromising quality or test coverage;2) Ensure test process is well established through industrial MSA practice, improve test yield through Cpk analysis, conduct failure analysis to identify test issues;3) Introduce new test process & new product into operation according to project schedule;4) Budget test equipment and capacity to enable a reasonable utilization;5) Develop annual department objectives and goals, manage department headcount, spendingExperienced product transfer like networking router&switch, enterprise server, automotive ECU, industrial ATM, elevator control and data communication, etc

Test script development, failure diagnosis:1) Setup semiconductor test equipment like ATE, Electron Beam Probing system for device analysis2) Generate ATPG test patterns to maximize test coverage3) Work with design team and other failure analysis staff to find design weaknessExperienced devices like Tri-core MCU, SRAM, DRAM, etc
