• With 10+ years of experience in the field of immunology and biochemistry, I have been taking advantage of molecular biology, proteomics, biochemistry, combining with transgenic mouse models and clinical samples, to explore the regulatory mechanisms of key immune proteins (transcription factors, receptors, enzymes) in inflammation-mediated diseases, including pathogens infection, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and autoimmune diseases. Specifically, I have considerate expertise in the study of protein post-translational modifications, such as acetylation, ubiquitylation, and palmitoylation, in innate immune cells. The academic aim of my career is to investigate the essential roles and regulatory mechanisms of various proteins in human diseases, with the final goal of discovering novel therapeutic targets and advancing treatment for human disorders. •Published 3 research articles on international journals as first-author (Nature Communications, PLoS Biology, Cell Reports).
