 Led a team that was part of a release train that implemented the AGILE project management methodology that collaborated through self organizing and allowed consistent delivery across multiple product releases. Ensured smooth and timely delivery of all demands committed to by keeping a close eye on team velocity.  Provided clear direction to guide the team making priority calls as needed. Fostered cross team collaboration that highlighted key risks and dependencies within and across teams that allowed significant issues to be addressed before bubbling up even further.  Interfaced with vertical teams and the chief engineer to address bottle necks before they escalated any further. Addressed all manufacturing sightings, notified teams on any key pass downs, aligned them with upcoming schedules, negotiated test equipment allocation. Collaborated with engineers to resolve problems swiftly and efficiently. Resulting in faster ramp up to initial wafer shipment.

 Supported software development efforts that made it possible for DFX, Reset and Vector team test patterns to make it into the production test program. Worked hand in hand with teams from past projects to define key architectural requirements to reduce time spent “reinventing the wheel” Effectively worked with the vertical team to ensure all software requirements were compatible resulting in seamless integration. Used statistical analysis to pinpoint faulty test patterns that are detrimental to the overall stability of the test program.

 Oversaw delivery of upward of 200 test patterns for over 20 interfaces across multiple products. Led improvements efforts that resulted in meeting 90% of our overall goal for production test program. Integrated additional test patterns to cover interfaces not part of the engineering test program  Enabled 100% functional test patterns upon 1st factory shipment in process ungating other teams.  Facilitated team collaboration between front end and back end teams to address key issues that reduced debug team thereby enabling as much content as possible in advance of critical milestones.
