Technical Operations (TechOps) group serves as the technical authority of external interactions, and the hub of cross-department operations.  Team leadership - Leading, coaching, and building a global team TechOps Managers and Solution Engineers to provide full spectrum of technical guidance and support to various markets.  Product Operations- Leading cross-functional efforts to evaluate, select, and integrate HUNDREDS of partners’ technologies to Magnite’s various products/platforms, e.g., Publishers and ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and cross-device data bridging vendors, fraud detection providers, etc. - Program-manage the development of product features for technical integrations, by triaging internal and external requests for new features and bug fixes, building resolution specs and proof-of-concept. Client Success- Building/fostering the partnership with external clients by understanding their business goals and pain points, proposing technical solutions, and resolving any technical issues.  Platform Support- Establishing TechOps as the company-wide technical authority and go-to team on both Magnite platforms and general adTech ecosystem, by building technical solutions, providing trainings, documentation, answers to requests from support queues and Slack, etc.- Monitoring the platform health and performances, and proposing optimization solutions.- Building automation software and testing fixtures.  Other Cross-Functional Operations - Acting as Swiss Army knife by partnering with almost all departments, like BD, AM, Product/Eng., Marketplace Quality, Business Intelligence, CRM Admin, IT/HR/Auditor, and Legal, on various projects and business operations.
