• As part of the senior management team, successfully helped the company grow to be able to develop multiple projects & become the foremost real estate developer of the city within a span of five years. • Responsible for project planning & development which includes approvals from various local government authorities & environment clearances as required in consultation with the architect of the project.• Establishing & maintaining all legal requirements of the projects as per government rules & regulations throughout the entire life cycle of the project in coordination with the legal team.• Preparation & issue of tenders, techno-commercial evaluation of bids & subsequent award of work to contractors & sub-contractors across utilities, construction, engineering, project management & other contracts with different agencies for execution of projects and material supply.• Finalisation of project specific material & managing procurement for projects.• Leading the project & construction teams of almost 60 engineers/supervisors to ensure that work being carried out on site is as per the contractual requirements, within the specified time period & budget through weekly progress meetings and preparing progress reports.• Enforcing all necessary health & safety protocols during execution as per the required norms.• Processing of change orders, periodic payment to contractors/consultants/suppliers, hand over & closure of project.• Meeting with prospective clients & briefing them about the projects, negotiating & executing contracts with tailored changes & maintaining all records with clients.• Project close out, documentation & handing over of premises to the Owners Association.

• Successfully set up and operated a total of 4 restaurants within a span of 2 years.• Responsible for the Marketing and Business Development operations of the business.

• Assist the project manager in processing project documents including submittals, shop drawings, RFIs & similar documents as well as preparing daily & monthly reports, change orders, correspondence & closure documentation.• Required to float, evaluate & award tenders to contractors in consultation with the client and architect.• Responsible for coordinating with contractors to ensure work is carried out as per the contract & tender requirements, drawings, schedule & budget and make periodic adjustments as necessary.• Successfully enabled the timely completion of Phase 1 of the project which included design, tendering & completion of renovation work on the elementary & middle school building.

• Assisted the Admissions Director to evaluate and track applications of prospective students.• Responsibilities included managing and coordinating the admission and enrolment cycle for international students.• Formulated recruitment strategies & identified new international markets for recruitment which led to over fifty percent increase in the number of international students enrolled.
