Leading a Multidisciplinary team of illustrators, 2d and 3d motion graphics, video and media creators. Handling marketing and promotions for XTG BTG(Business Transformation Group) TCS. Responsible for all video & multimedia production right from concept to storyboard through final production.Design Interactive Courses by doing contextual research around the subjects like ‘Cell and gene therapy’ and many other therapeutic areas. Providing best in class Instructional Design and visual aids.

In 2014, 19 Post Graduate students were selected as Tata Fellows from all the Departments of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Tata Centre for Tech. and Design selected these students to work on the projects based on the themes of Education, Environment, Agriculture, Water and Energy. I got the opportunity to be one among the 19 students. My Project Area was The Bhil Tribes of India and their Folk Art. Being A Visual Communication Designer, I tried working on various Projects to bring visibility to the Art form. Worked closely with the Tribes and created Physical as well as Digital Artifacts and tried making the Artform more relevant to the current millenial generation.Tata has two Centres working on the same themes. One with the Collaboration with MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology and another one with IIT Bombay.

The profile includes handling all Video publicity for PG Cult events, creating short movies, promotions and doing cinematography workshops. Managing the team and the event, Conducting Film and media competitions, Event thinking and rulebook formation.

As a Graphic Designer in IMA Appweb, my work areas were digital marketing, brand promotions, Application design and web development . I was working on UI designs for Android based mobile applications for an e-commerce company.

As I was working on a TATA sponsored research project on topic Indian Tribal Art form. I got an opportunity to go for an exchange programme to MIT Boston. The purpose of the exchange was to have an exposure towards the projects and research methodologies which were taken up by MIT Tata Fellows (students). The projects were focusing on the problems in Indian Scenarios such as floods, agriculture, education, electricity etc. it helped me to learn the different approaches and perspective to go about a project.
