Accessories Sourcing.h. Order Negotiation and confirmations.I. Logistics support.j. Factory Audit.k. Price level check with new factory.l. Sample development with new factory.An enthusiastic main board Buying / Sourcing Head with 10+ years buying / merchandising / sourcing. Recognizes the need for a high quality product sourced with high profit margins but also the need for a "quick response" solution in an ever changing retail environment.Strong relationships with high ethical quality direct manufacturing partners in Bangladesh. Understands & implements excellent working practices (processes) to enable sustainable profit & sales growth.Clear process & critical path management from design to customer delivery & and primarily customer long term satisfactionTeam player, but also independent, likes to manage teams as a people managerConsistent and professional, prefers to work with a steady vision in a young and smart fashionable environment.Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods & supplies.Able to negotiate the price in terms of quality & best delivery date.Should have good knowledge garments thread & all other consumptionAble to independently correspondence with local & foreign suppliersDeal with non supplied, damaged goods, under and over orders & review inventories/quality and order as required.
