Within the scope of my present role, I manage the multitude of complex, high-value technical projects; scheduling, coordinating & ensuring efficient / on-time delivery of project milestones by devising a detailed and impactful development plan and following proper escalation paths. Additionally, I spearhead the detection of fixes and customizations to navigate seamlessly with existing configurations. I function as a SME and SPOC of PPM application to direct upgrades and enhancements ensuring adherence to timeframe.I strategically steer the maintenance, monitoring, upgrading, bug fixes, patches and development of MF PPM, MF ALM, Tableau, andTricentis Tosca while managing troubleshooting and incident response of applications and software for applications and systems. Moreover, I lead the minor changes in MF Service Manager simultaneously with development & enhancement of apps utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate and Sharepoint, approved and used by senior management. Some of the ley highlights include; Reduced the cost by 70-75% on hiring external resources as well as internal resources by leading the application development, support and upgrade of various application such as PPM, Tableau, ALM independently Oversaw the decommissioning of various servers by changing the architectural designs leading to cost saving Reduced the overall time to 1 month from 3 months for application upgrade. Worked continuously for 48 hours at a stretch to finish the production upgrade without impacting the business hours Led PPM application upgrade project resulting in greater than (>) 50% cost reduction by reducing the time and resources for the upgrade Recommended open source software and implemented them for cost reduction leading to more than 90% savings Manage multiple PPM applications which caters to ~5K+ monthly active users along with multiple Tableau instances catering to ~50k monthly active users. During this period, I spearheaded the requirement gathering, gap analysis, risk management and mitigation for the applications and systems while contributing in specification, testing, and support of enterprise software systems. I also supervised configuration of applications while managing software design, implementation, change, testing and upgrade.Adding on, I superintended end-to-end project delivery by developing project scopes, objectives, estimation and delivery schedule while ensuring technical feasibility. I formulated the solutions to define metrics, roadmaps, and uncover opportunities aimed at improving the process. I performed client demo’s while translating the requirements into technical design to provide top-notch estimation, resourcing needs and deliveries. I also facilitated onshore - offshore coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while functioning as the HP PPM Developer, Consultant and Administrator for steering intricate, multiple 24x7 support projects.
