Maintain the Personal File in every individuals staff of the company.Pay Roll : Maintain the Daily Attendance of Staffs & worker ,Maintain the Daily Attendance of the Contractor Labours of Factory , Check the deployment sheet daily basis comes from the Department wise ,Preparation the Muster roll & wages Register of Contactor labours , Preparation the PF /ESIC Sheet for on line deposit for Staffs and Contractors Labour of factory , Preparation the PF register ,Leave Register ( form-15) preparation the Register as per Labours law , Preparation the salary ,wages ,advances ,OT details for payments of Factory Staff and Contactor labours ISO HR Audit .Labour Welfer Activities :-Training & Developement Plan
