Job Description:-Successfully handling entire Recruitment Life Cycle. -Handling the On-boarding process by issuing the employment offer letters and facilitating orientation and Induction. -Coordinated employee training programs to improve productivity and performance. Handled employee complaints, concerns, and personal grievances with confidentiality and professionalism. -Assisted top management by providing ad hoc and HR MIS reports, weekly & monthly reports, audit data etc. -Manage and update all related insurance and benefit programs for all employees. -Ensure smooth formulation and implementation of Performance Appraisal. -Fostered positive work environment through comprehensive employee engagement program. -Effectively liaised between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee relations. -Maintain employee database records in ERP and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates and updating periodically. -Successfully handling end-to-end on boarding process. -Condutcing ER Activities, Fun Fridays, Rewards & Recognition.

Job responsibilities:-Experience in handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.-Analyze Requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.-Sourcing/Screening, Short listing Profiles, Candidates tracking and follow up, processing CVs.(Portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn)-Procuring and screening resume for current hiring needs of the various requirements from the client.-Identifying the candidates for the right skill to match the client requirements.-Experience in End to End recruitment.-Headhunting candidate through various job portals, Co-ordinating interviews, Scheduling sessions and closing recruitment life cycle with selection of suitable candidates
