Manager-Hr (Region West)
Current- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Structuring compensation and benefit packages. Managing staff wellness initiatives. Improving relations between staff.
- Educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation.
- Maintaining adherence to recruiting SOP and assessing more affordable employment methods. Timely publication of the regional sales performance dashboard Infant attrition (workers with less than a year of employment).
- Identifying the sales-related activities (reward, PIP administration, training, redeployment, etc.). Creating a career development strategy for the region's best performers.
- Participating in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Determining the Training needs analysis from the talks of the evaluation..
- Ensuring that new hires and recruits receive 100% induction and that the New Employee Assimilation Score is 100% positive. Making sure to recognise LSA-eligible employees on time, and to observe cultural and family.
