Current• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Structuring compensation and benefit packages. Managing staff wellness initiatives. Improving relations between staff and employers.• Educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.• Maintaining adherence to recruiting SOP and assessing more affordable employment methods. Timely publication of the regional sales performance dashboard Infant attrition (workers with less than a year of employment) and controlling attrition.• Identifying the sales-related activities (reward, PIP administration, training, redeployment, etc.). Creating a career development strategy for the region's best performers. • Participating in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Determining the Training needs analysis from the talks of the evaluation. Holding stand-up workouts that are in line with local demands.• Ensuring that new hires and recruits receive 100% induction and that the New Employee Assimilation Score is 100% positive. Making sure to recognise LSA-eligible employees on time, and to observe cultural and family holidays.
