Managing the recruitment function for various levels ranging from Executives to Middle and Senior ManagementStatutory Compliances:•Labour Law compliance.•Ensure Organizational Compliance to regulations under- Shops Establishment Act, PF & Misc. Provisions Act, ESI Act, Contract Labor, Minimum Wages, Payment of Gratuity, Payment of Wages.•Independently managed Statutory Compliance Statutory returns, renewals, certificates etc.•Managing labor inspections for the Clients.
