I am Bachelor of Laboratory Sciences (option of Biotechnology) My professional strengths and main skills are in microbiological working and modern molecular biology methods (such as ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE and Western blot methods) and cell culturing methods.I also manage basics of chromatography and spectrometry -based research methods I have been working for over a year as a laboratory Assistant (in so-called "Cod Worm Project," Rational risk assessment of zoonotic parasites of fish) in Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira. I am currently working at Admescope as laboratory engineer.--Olen valmistunut laboratorioanalyytikoksi (amk), suuntaumisvaihtoehtona bioteknologia. Suurimmat ammatilliset vahvuuteni ovatkin mikrobiologisessa ja molekyylibiologisissa työskentelyssä ja tutkimusmenetelmissä. Hallitsen useiden mikrobiologisten viljelytekniikoiden ja diagnostisten kokeiden lisäksi modernien molekyylibiologisten tutkimusmene-telmien (mm. PCR, SDS-PAGE, western/eastern -blot) sekä soluviljelyn perusteet. Minulla on lisäksi vahvat taidot myös näytteiden otoista ja -käsittelystä sekä erilaisten reagenssien valmistuksesta.Olen työskennellyt mm Elintarviketurvallisuusvirasto Evirassa projekti laboranttina EU-rahotteisessa "Zoonoottisten kalaloisten järkevä riskien hallinta"-projektissa. Työssäni etsin ja tutkin erilaisia kalaloisia saapuneista kalanäytteistä. Projektityön ohessa tein myös muita, lähinnä mikrobiologisia ja parasitologisia, laboratoriotehtäviä.Tällä hetkellä työskentelen laboratorioinsinöörinä yrityksessä Admescope.
