In charge of Inspecta Group Business and Finance Control, Consolidation, Reporting, M&A process (2012-), Legal&Compliance, Taxes, Corporate Insurances and Treasury. Day to day management of the Financing package. Daily challenging and helping of the country managers and FDs in business, finance and legal matters. Ensuring that all parts of the Group live up to the well defined Group instructions. Numerous Group wide Project Manager roles with internal and external participants. Examples include moving from manual Excel reporting to Group reporting systems, writing the Reporting Manual, M&A (>10 pcs., including Finance and Admin integration), IFRS conversion, Cash pool introduction, setting up internal audit, setting up group wide anti-bribery guidance, hedging. Leading the Group HQ reporting and consolidation team.Major role in the 2014-2015 Exit process. E.g. the primary responsible person for co-ordinating the Inspecta work for Legal, Finance, Tax and Pensions Due diligences, the data room contents, Q&A process, SPA etc. Reviewing all the documents and answers provided to the Bidders throughout the process for all the Group companies.
