Tapiwa Siula is passionate about self-development and excels in identifying organizational skills gaps and addressing them. While not a "jack of all trades," she has cultivated intermediate skills in graphic design and social media management. Her interest in proposal writing was sparked during her volunteer work with the Community Forum (COFO) in Chikwawa. Tapiwa honed her graphic design abilities while working in tourism with Team Adventure, and further developed storytelling and social media management skills with LUANAR-TACE. Currently, she is focused on expanding her expertise in resource mobilization and data science, building on her diverse experiences across multiple organizations.
