With over 8 years of experience in project management, research, and development, I have developed a strong expertise in leading and executing impactful projects across various sectors. Currently, as the Inclusion Lead at SRS since October 2023, I oversee the USAID Bijoyee Project, focusing on managing project activities, setting targets, and ensuring timely progress while emphasizing inclusion. I work closely with project teams and the private sector to secure job placements for graduates and have achieved a 30% job placement rate.Previously, I served as a Project Coordinator at SRS from January 2022 to September 2023, where I led the Communication Component of the "Sustainability in the Textile and Leather Sector" project. My role involved managing field activities, stakeholder communication, and monitoring and evaluation processes. I played a key role in developing strategic plans, setting up Youth Workers Forums, contributing to the "State of Labor 2022" report, and establishing Anti-Harassment Committees in RMG factories.From January 2020 to December 2021, I worked as a Project Coordinator at Shoburjer Ovijan Foundation (SOF) on the Unity for Dignity – Ekotay Morjada Project. I led technical and program activities, set up 15 daycare centers in RMG factories, trained 90 caregivers on Early Childhood Development, and created Anti-Harassment Committees. My efforts in identifying risk areas for women workers were instrumental to the project's success.Earlier in my career, I was a Program Officer at SRS under the SRAMIC project from September 2018 to December 2019, where I contributed to project proposal development and research on public expenditure tracking for the relocation of the tannery industry. I supported data collection for the "Workplace Death Report" and managed women’s cafes.My career began as a Research Associate at eSheBee Enterprises from January 2017 to August 2018, where I conducted research, analyzed data, and developed research tools. I was nominated for the Head Analyst position due to my quantitative research skills and led a Vision Exercise program with marginalized youth. I also worked as a Content Creator at internBD from March 2016 to December 2016, where I developed content strategies and organizational documents.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in research methodology, project proposal development, data analysis, and training. I am proficient in using software such as KoboToolbox, SPSS, and NVivo for data collection and analysis, and excel in collaborating with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
