I have experience on Documentation, Report writing, Inquiry, research, preparing case studies, translation, community engagement, Program management and received training on Gender, human rights, Safeguarding, Investigation, genocide study, basic mental health counselling, Effective communication and conflict management and research methodology.Through My work I had the opportunity to effectively communicate with GBV survivors, Children, adolescents, people in emergency response situations (Rohingya Refugee Community) and people from various diverse communities dealing with safeguarding violation issues, which helped me to successfully learn to adapt to challenging situations along with a thorough understanding of the Humanitarian needs and practices.
