Core to this is I believe and tell all my teams that the definition of success is only when we have achieved a good work/life balance.My experience is far broader than just sales compensation as I have extensive experience in Order Management (quote to cash), Sales Operations (CRM systems, quota setting, forecasting, sales processes, etc.) and IT. I have run multiple successful global teams (with American based HQs) from my European base. As a recognition of my success in my role I have been invited to attend our 100% Sales Club recognition event 4 times and recently received one of the top ratings in my company as a manager based on independent team feedback.In my spare time I like to arrange international car touring rallies, cooking & traveling.
