 Develop and maintain information, applications and technology architecture in compliance with international standards in order to meet the bank’s objectives. Assist in conducting research and consolidate best practices in IT architecture and maintain an up-to-date internal best practice repository. Develop architecture standards and principles covering all IT systems, including forward looking roadmap and disseminate to all IT functions to enhance awareness and ensure that that all IT processes and plans are in line with assigned IT systems. Analyze the current IT environment in order to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Review and audit vendor lists and suggestions to ensure compliance of new solutions with bank’s architecture standards and principles. Coordinate and cooperate with IT Solutions Delivery to ensure that proposed vendor solutions comply with specified architecture. Assist and contribute to ensure compliance of IT projects and (internally or externally) developed solutions with architectural standards and principles. Analyze and improve data and application architecture to support end-to-end (cross-application) processes.

 Establish and manage the automation testing team with 2 outsource resources. Automate the UI testing for more than 10 applications.

 Analyze the impact of the project on the current architecture landscape, define the project’s scope and assign the work to the corresponded team. Supervise the SIT and UAT activities.
