• Partner with business in Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and Skills Assessment.• Employee Relations - Expert in grievance handling and redressal of multiple categories.• Attrition analysis basis which forming and executing retention strategy and partner with business to develop and motivate people.• HR Analytics: Creation of organization wide attrition reports• Drive retention – Work with leadership and managers to drive retention strategy for Business Unit.• Working with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Employee Engagement initiatives within client group.• Planning and executing Rewards & Recognition Program. • Performance Management - Working closely with managers in driving Performance Management process. This includes the mid-year and annual appraisals and performance improvement plans.• Working with Line Managers and Employees to address all types of Employee Relations issues.• Conducting 1-0-1s, FGDs, Town-hall and Business Skip Level Meetings. • Implement/administer and interpret corporate policies and procedures. • Assisting in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects, and initiatives to positively add value to both, the business and its employees• Designing and creating monthly Newsletter, Dashboard, and frequent informative mailers.• Planning and organizing events, R&R program, town-hall etc for employees.• Handling entire Risk & Compliance for the business unit, ensuring the business audit readiness anytime thorough out the year.• Exit Process and F & F Settlement.

Recruitment, Resourcing & Development• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle by sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Departments.• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.• Scheduling & Conducting HR interviews for all positions. • Finalizing the offer and closing the said position, completing the joining formalities of the new joinee.Training & Development• Determining training needs of employees, preparing annual training calendar and organizing training schedules for Corporate. • Obtaining trainees feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programmes.• Ensuring that the basic and core training happens within 15 days from date of joining. • Doing appraisal for all employees on monthly basis.Compensation & Benefits• Ensuring attendance details are maintained for all employees to identify LOP deductions. • Coordinating with account department for final settlement of employees• Preparing the Bonus & Good Working Allowances as Over Time, Production incentive, Full & Final etc Employee Relations and Retention• Monitoring the prompt resolution of employee grievances for cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. • Maintaining documentation related to exit formalities and following up for the settlement process.• Prepare and implemented various employee engagement activities quarterly basis. (Unit Outings, Yoga & Stress management classes, CSR activities, Sports Events, etc.)• Conducting employee satisfaction survey, ethical Code Of conduct.• Preparation and Analysis of various MIS reports including weekly manpower status, proposed joining, Attrition report etc. Legal Compliance & Organisation Development • Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of all statutory compliance like PF/ESIC/ submission, employment termination, legal issues etc. • Pay roll coordination.
